Hello!

Hi, I’m Christine, and I live in Buffalo. Originally from Canada, I am a practicing artist who has worked in the restaurant industry for over a decade. As a coach, I aim to work with people in service and in the arts world to advance their personal lives and their careers.

I am a certified coach and International Coaching Federation (ICF) member working with individuals who seek growth in their personal and professional lives. Through past and present work experiences, I have spent a lot of time in the food and beverage industry, developing my passion for building strong interpersonal relationships with customers and teammates alike. While training at Adler Professional School of Coaching, I learned how self-awareness in both personal and professional environments can structure positive and productive surroundings. I am adept at guiding people to open up and gain clarity in their lives, and I am passionate about value-based leadership: coaching people to work with ethics and values front and center.

I also hold a BFA from OCADU in Toronto specializing in Drawing and Painting. Shortly after graduating, I began to work in restaurants full time. It was during this time that my art practice slipped away from me; I have always found it challenging to balance restaurant work with the time and energy I need for my creative process. Slowly, through various life events that forced me away from restaurant work, I have become more connected to art again and am seeing my world in a new light. I am now dedicated to helping myself and others find a fulfilling balance to life and work that is outside the normal 9 to 5 schedule.

I’m an Associate Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation in which I’m also a current member of.

I am committed to the ICF Code of Ethics.
